Senior Service Manager - IT Security Focus

On behalf of a major Pharma client we are urgently looking for an Senior Service Manager - IT Security for a challenging role till 31.12.2013 in Basel (Switzerland).
Project focus:
Manage and coordinate 3rd party suppliers for newly created IT Security Assessment Services. You will coordinate these assessments with internal Business (IT) Customers of our client, and under the governance of the Group "Information & Governance Management" - IT Security Operations Function.
Main duties:
- Manage & coordinate computer operations activity to ensure rapid, accurate, and efficient data processing of organizations workload
- Plan a develop policies & procedures for carrying out computer operations
- Build systems capability that reflects the highest state of technical sophistication consistent with the client's needs and budget
- Focused on processes & defining frameworks to structure IT-related activities and the interactions of IT technical personnel with business customers and users.
Required skills:
- Service Management expertise in the IT Security space is a must
- experience with Governance framework & reporting to stakeholders - min. 3 years
- experience with Process Management - min. 8 years
- ITIL experience - min. 8 years
- experience with IT security and IT security assessment - min. 2 years
- fluent English, other languages would be nice.
Project details:
- Start: ASAP in January 2013
- Duration: until 31.12.2013
- Work place: Basel, 100% (40 hours per week), no remote or home-work option.
