Senior Service Designer web & Mobile (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
Rebuilding of the full digital invest offer in Easy banking. This will be partially based on local development & partially on the integration of group assets like CCI &
Wealth Panorama.

Function Description
Responsibilities:
- Define the target invest architecture & concept for our company (potentially also HB)
- Oversee the full concept linking with BA/Wireframing/IT
- interview business representatives to refine the strategy & the requirements.

Contribute & animate workshops.
- Design of low fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications (Axure & HTML)
- Annotation and description of components and screens behavior
- Cooperation with IT to understand feasibility to implement requirements put forward
- Support IT during implementation (answer questions, provide clarifications, details)

Typical deliverables from the service design exercise:
° Low fidelity prototype/service architecture of the target digital invest offer
° High level product / service description: A refined Lean canvas (What do we propose to sell to our customers? Which customer groups is the
service intended for? What is the value for the customer? etc…)
° High level capability description: An analysis of the human and physical assets the organization will need to deliver the
service (physical capabilities such as systems and assets, human capabilities such as competences)
° High level cost-benefit
° Detailed planning and targets (KPIs) for the MVP

Technical Experience
Mandatory
° General technology background combined with understanding of web technologies, HTML5
° Understanding of requirements structure for web design (use cases, screen flow/ navigation flow, wireframes, visual design)
° This position does require involvement in definition of web and mobile screen wireframes
° Proficient in Word, Excel. Advanced in Power Point
° Advanced knowledge of Axure

Preferable
° Preferred experience/ exposure to web banking
