Derzeit suchen wir einen Senior Service Design Architect, der vorrangig in München in einem deutschen Team arbeitet. Während des Projektes fallen Reisetätigkeiten nach Roskilde und Zürich an. Die Reisekosten für Tätigkeiten außerhalb Münchens werden übernommen. Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind unverzichtbar.

Key Tasks:
Lead in design and integration (end to end process & tool landscape)
The ability of the service and operations organisation to manage the required deliverables to the required SLAs at the contracted cost.
Meeting Customer Requirements. Takes care to understand customer needs through documentation and personal conversations.
Works according to the defined customer Solution Design Methodology and maximises the use of customer standard portfolio, service elements and operational delivery capabilities.
Ensures customers ability to implement and deliver the designed solution by working closely with the designated delivery units and gaining sign-off.
Identifies, assesses and minimizes risk associated with their solution and ensures that these are appropriately tracked through the risk register.

Responsibilities:
To define, agree and document the Service Architecture or Service Management section of an AOD for an account. This will enable the capture of all required services, processes, toolsets and functional units.
To define, agree and document the Service Governance Guide for an account. This will capture all account boundaries for the delivery of agreed services.
To document the account roles and responsibilities and structures.
To identify and agree all impacted capability units and third parties.
To capture and document the governance arrangements and bodies.
To capture and document requirements for services for a particular account.
To capture process requirements and ensure appropriate process documentation is created (policy, process, procedure, plans).
To assist the programme manager in successfully deploying the service management structures and governance framework i.e. by quality assuring deliverables being deployed by the programme.
To work with capability units and third parties to ensure they understand their responsibilities and are able to deliver processes and services to the required SLAs.
Designs meet customer expectation and require minimal rework
Solution meets the appropriate optimized cost point
Supports the preparation and execution of Proof of Concept and/or Quality Gate Reviews as part of the workstream.
Identifies and documents all problems and blocking points inhibiting workstream progress (e.g. Issue & Risk log)
Escalates all challenges which cannot be resolved on workpackage level and which require intervention by the Streamlead or Management.
Regularly submits status reports as per the defined communication plan informing about workpackage progress, problems, risks and any change requests.
Files and communicates Change requests.
Creation of relevant operational documentation and process descriptions

Skills:
English language fluency
Experience in Service Design (ITSM Processes & Tools)
Working with Office Products & Sharepoint
Competent in current ITIL Best Practice and other recognized frameworks, processes, and tools for delivering and managing complex IT infrastructures
Detailed understanding of customers delivery organization, Service Management processes and IT Service Management tools.
Optional: Know-how on Remedy on Demand Toolset
Optional: Exeprience with GxP
