Senior Security Engineer, Intrusion Detection Focus, IDS (S40)

- INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEM (IDS) FOCUS
- 3-6 MONTH CONTRACT OR CONTRACT TO PERMANENT OPTIONS
- CBD BASED AND TO START IN APRIL
- MULTIPLE ROLES AND WILL CONSIDER $600-800/DAY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

Our customer, a leading network services organisation, seeks the services of several SECURITY IDS SECURITY ENGINEERS to work in a busy new project team on a new client.

Based in Sydney's CBD, you will be involved in large network-based solutions and hosting solutions across multiple vendor devices.

The successful candidate must a proven background in Network Security and IDS ideally TippingPoint and have broader experience across Checkpoint Firewalls and Cisco ASA within medium-to-large enterprise environments. 

From a technology perspective, you will have proven Security Engineering experience in a mix of the following technologies:

- Large hosting solutions experience
- Cisco ASA
- Checkpoint
- Juniper SRX 240H
- Strong Firewalls experience
- Nice to have TippingPoint IDS or other Intrusion Detection Systems
