Senior Security Analyst

Role - Senior Security Analyst
Location - London
Contract - 7 months

Senior Security Analyst required initially a 7 month contract for my client in London.

Essential skills required:
* IT Security risk assessment and treatment (IS1 and IS2 preferred)
* Strong knowledge of networking technologies and application layer protocols
* Consulting skills
* Strong background knowledge of security related technologies and associated capabilities, including two factor authentication, Firewalls, IPS, anti-malware

Key activities include:
* Security review of functional and non functional requirements and feedback on alignment with relevant polices, regulations and legal obligations.
* Candidates must be familiar with SANS 20 and the HMG SPF
* Key contributor to the security elements in each High Level Design.
* Candidates must have experience in applying security principles to design documents
* Candidates must have the business acumen to understand security principles in regard to BAU
* Contribute security requirements for tenders.
* Candidates must have worked with the commercial tendering process
