Senior/Seasoned Technical Business Analyst (S27)

Our client is a highly innovative, government-funded organisation working to improve health outcomes.  They provide high quality digital and telephony services that offer advice and information to the Australian public. 

Operating since 2007, our client is in a high-growth phase, and is currently seeking a SENIOR/SEASONED TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST to join their team on a number of new and exciting initiatives.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 5+ YEAR\'S PURE TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE
- STRONG CLASSIC BA SKILLS WHICH INCLUDE:
- Producing clear and concise and complete business and user requirements, statements and requirements traceability
- Strong documentation skills in user stories, use cases, process maps and relationship maps
- EXPERIENCE IN/ABILITY TO WRITE INTERFACE REQUIREMENTS SPECIFICATIONS
- Experience within DIFFERENT INDUSTRIES and domains showing an ability to learn and pick things up quickly
- Experience within a large INFRASTRUCTURE/MESSAGING ENVIRONMENT AND INTEGRATION PROJECTS
- Solid background working with Solution Architects on API's and other projects
- STRONG TECHNICAL BACKGROUND whilst also being business focussed and proven ability in being the glue between the two domains 
- KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF XML/WSDL IS ESSENTIAL
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- STRONG STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS in terms of ability to challenge, push back, and question
- Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable if recommendations not accepted by Customer
- Experience within the health industry (eHealth) or related projects such as PCHR/PCeHR is highly advantageous but not a prerequisite for this position
