Senior Search Fullfilment Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Review collected required data, documents, and collateral and store in the appropriate content management systems
- Use collateral provided to build SEM campaign and write content for associate Landing Page
- Work with the sales team to resolve order issues
- Serve as a liaison between sales and fulfillment team for fulfillment questions, concerns and issues on SEM items
- Communicate with all parties to ensure account creation process is seamless.
- Manage workload by monitoring status of fulfillment orders to meet defined timeline commitments to advertisers and Sales.
- Provide impeccable customer service during the course of each customer engagement
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease cycle time, streamline work processes, and work collaboratively and jointly to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Provide copy for customer landing pages that are designed to be highly relevant to search engine marketing campaigns and to drive phone calls and email leads.
- Use photo software to manipulate images as needed
- Adhere to any word/character limitations as well as other established copywriting best practices.
