Senior Scripter (Perl and Korn Shell KSH) - Geneva

Role: Senior Scripter

One of our best clients, a global multinational Bank based in Geneva, is currently looking for a Senior Scripter with good knowledge on Perl and Korn Shell KSH languages. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural environment on a long term basis.

Location: Geneva
Start date: ASAP - within 1 month from offer
Length: 6 months + extensions for the right profile
Working language: English

Mission:
You will be in charge to work with the Release and Environment Management team in order to analyze and automate all manual activities that they are doing:
- Develop menus which will allow team member to reduce manual activities
- Define menus for applications and Middleware and perform script to stop - start components.
- Load artifacts into our deployment tool thus to automate deployment of artifacts

Profile:
- 5 years of experience in Scripting and system mgmt
- Deep knowledge on Perl and Korn Shell KSH language
- Good understanding of automation practice
- Analytical skills
- Experience handling multiple requests and queries at the same time
- Fluent in English
- Java and WebSphere is a plus
