MY DUTIES:

- Technical support of internal data management system for automated analyses (statistical evaluation, reporting)
- Maintenance of master data for automated system
- Maintenance of historical database (addition of new entries, adaptation of existing entries)
- Maintenance of analyses platform (Workspaces)
- Maintenance and generation of templates and documentation/procedures
- Support for establishment of a database
- Optimization/Generation of analyses platform (Workspaces)
- Support for adaptation of current data management system after source system changes (data warehouse)
- Administrative support for training of staff and coordination with other departments
- Support for scientific work (data collection, evaluation, reporting)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Scientific or technical background (MSc or PhD in scientific field: Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, IT)
- Additional technical or scientific background
- System knowledge (e.g. Statistica, R)
- Knowledge of programming language (e.g. R, VBA)
- Experience with data science and formatting of data, maintenance/optimization of databases
- Flair for administrative activities (documentation, organisation, planning, coordination)
- Team player with good verbal and writing communication capabilities (English and German)
