Catalent Pharma is experiencing explosive growth within its Development and Analytical Solutions group and needs a well-qualified Team Leader to join its world-renowned Extractables and Leachables Solutions team. You will primarily be responsible for working with our customers to develop studies and ensure their proper conduct for identification and control of trace-level organic compounds in packaging systems and pharmaceuticals using advanced chromatographic and mass spectrometric techniques. Experience with phase appropriate method validation and world-wide stability testing requirements is necessary for success within the position. As a Team Leader, the ability to motivate, delegate and develop technical staff is a must. Additionally, excellent customer-service, written and oral communication skills are necessary as this position has both high corporate and customer-facing visibility.
