IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Perform physico-chemical characterization of therapeutic proteins using different HPLC (e.g. SEC, IEX, RP), electrophoretic (e.g. CE-SDS, CZE), mass spectrometry (e.g. ESI-Q-TOF, Orbitrap), and biophysical techniques (e.g. DLS, rheometry, DSC)
-Develop new screening and analytical characterization methods
-Provide appropriate analytical study design for new molecule formats considering existing internal know-how as well as information from literature
-Compile analytical data from the different analytical methods, interpret results, write technical reports, and present conclusions in expert team meetings
-Ensure maintenance of specialized technical equipment and organization of the general lab infrastructure
-Effectively manage analytics characterization timelines to support several projects in parallel, and work closely with other teams in an international setting

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-BS/MS, PhD degree or equivalent in biochemistry, analytical chemistry or related field
-Profound experience in and expert knowledge of analytical methods for characterization of proteins
-Previous experience in protein chemistry
-Very good knowledge in English, German of advantage
