You will utilise a range of advanced analytical techniques to provide deeper understanding of the customer portfolio and to aid the development of customer-centric business strategy. Your analysis will drive the optimisation of marketing campaigns, improving customer retention and maximising ROI. You will be confident in turning your analysis into clear and concise data-driven recommendations, and will have experience delivering insights back to the business. Your communication skills will be excellent, and you will have the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences in a compelling way.
