Senior SAS Developer

Location: Brussels

Currently we are looking for a SENIOR SAS DEVELOPER/CONSULTANT to join our technical BI team. This Developer/Consultant will be part of the "BI & Analytic" department (about +/- 8 FTE) within the "Technology Competence Center" organization and will report to the BI Lead. He/She will virtually work with the Application Owner Analytics within each Business Area and/or Project Lead of the designated Project.

The Senior SAS Developer/Consultant should be able to:

- Understand, Document functional and technical requirements
- Translate these functional and technical requirements into SAS technical solutions, estimate the effort needed
- Understand the existing complex SAS technical solutions/landscape
- Design, Build & Test SAS technical solutions both in Hotfixing/Enhancing modus for existing SAS technical solutions and implementation mode for new SAS technical solutions
- Maintain & Correct SAS solutions to keep them performing in accordance with Technical and functional Specifications
- To handle understand, design, build & test using SAS Base and other SAS Programming languages at least at certification Level 3
- To handle understand, design, build & test using SAS Macro Programming and SAS Stored Processes

A previous experience in SAS Administrations will be regarded as an option, plus.
