Senior SAP Trainers

SENIOR SAP TRAINERS REQUIRED FOR PRESTIGIOUS CLIENT IN SAUDI ARABIA. RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ASPECTS OF SAP TRAINING IN MODULES FI/CO, PM, MM, SD, OTC, LE, HR, PP, APO, QM, PS

The Training Coordinators will be responsible for managing all essential aspects of the SAP training initiatives. This role will handle all execution plans and logistical arrangements needed to ensure the training activities run smoothly and in alignment with the overall project plan. Further activities range from planning, communications, course scheduling, attendance tracking and general promotion of the objectives of the SAP training goals and objectives.

CRITICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor of Science (BS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Physical Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience in training modules FI/CO, PM, MM, SD, OTC, LE, HR, PP, APO, QM, PS
- Strong computer skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with colleagues and project team members.
- Planning and organization skills and ability to set own priorities.
- Proactive communication and assertiveness required to highlight issues.
- Role requires continuous availability to respond to unplanned critical events and problems, critical time constraints, and deadlines.
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills, including experience with documentation and redesign.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on commitments.
- Thoroughly proficient in written English.

YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in SAP R/3 or ECC6 and managing SAP end user training.
