Senior SAP Test Manager

My client, a leading Gold Coast employer, is urgently seeking a Senior SAP Test Manager for an initial 6 month contract with possible extensions.The purpose and scope of the position is to provide leadership to the Program testing team (business users and contractors), refine the current approved Test Strategy, produce a Master Test Plan for the Program and provision of the subsequent Test Management to ensure testing deliverables are produced within time and budget as per the ERP Property Project Release 2.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES

Provision of Testing Services:

- Review and update the existing Test Strategy (if required) and the existing master test plan
- Execution of the test plan with the objective of delivery of high quality, robust and repeatable processes
- Ensure that the Testing is integrated across the project
- Assessment of the progress and effectiveness of test effort
- Ensure resources conduct testing in line with established Test processes and Standards and Tools
- Ensure the current test tools and processes are fit for purpose
- Coordinate test planning and test case execution across multiple parallel streams of test activity
- Support all phases of testing as required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in testing SAP Plant Maintenance, FICO, BW & SRM solution components and ESRI GIS integration with SAP
- Previous experience in planning and executing a Test Strategy for large SAP implementations
- Experience/knowledge in test tools such as HP Quality Centre and Quick Test Professional.
- Tertiary and appropriate qualifications and/or relevant Test Management experience
- Demonstrated risk management skills
- Exceptional task management skills
- Demonstrated change management skills
- Exceptional diagnosis and problem solving skills
