Senior SAP Retail Architect - Weybridge, Surrey - 3 month contract

My Weybridge based client are currently looking to recruit several SAP Retail Architects for an initial the month contract.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;

- Solid Solution Architecture profile with domain expertise/experience in SAP, Convergence and Databases.
- Be able to complement the existing team with SAs capable of digging a bit deeper in the above areas, not hands on but able to review the High Level Designs for those domains in a good level of detail.
- Assist in covering the end to end SA solid design with a good detailed angle we can review with domain experts.

My client are currently exploring convergence technologies such as:

- Oracle ExaData
- VCE vBlock

You will also have exposure to the following technologies;

- Experience of standard operating environments & DevOps

Experience in core datacentre technologies:

- Networking, Network convergence & Network Security & Compliance (CCNA)
- Server Hardware (HP and IBM)
- Storage, SANs & Managed Back-up
- Virtualisation (VMware, vSphere or MS Hyper-V) (VCP)
- Converged Infrastructure

Experience in Databases - Oracle, DB2, MS SQL & MySQL
