DESCRIPTION

In the Procurement Projects area we have many separate projects being delivered, but it is critical that the Solution fits together end to end. Deployment to our customers depends on an end to end seamless integration (process and technical).

We are looking for an IT expert, who has process analysis and design experience, ideally in the Procurement space, to join our team as a key player to ensure end to end integration is realized.

THE POSITION REQUIRES THE COMPLETION OF THE FOLLOWING DELIVERABLES (THE LIST IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE, BUT IS INTENDED TO GIVE A CLEAR INDICATION OF THE TYPE OF WORK EXPECTED):

Documentation of end to end business flows, identifying data elements and data flow needs

Documentation of IT Landscape and components (global, regional and site level)
-

Documentation of Interface Maps (site level)
-

Review end to end Training materials
-

Preparation for workshops and demonstrations.
-

Produce and/or support the production of workshop material (process alignment meetings)
-

Identify and analyze process gaps, resolution and generation of recommendations.
-

Drive and lead optimization of process design.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

1. Senior level - 10+ years SAP experience, ideally MM/SRM
2. Full life cycle implementations in Core modules of SAP -
3. Advantage - knowledge of the end to end Procurement process
4. Knowledge of interface/Middleware technology and terminology
5. Experience leading and influencing
6. Analytical and process thinking
7. High attention to detail
8. Strong communication and planning skills
9. Ability to present complex information clearly, and to management level

NICE TO HAVE:
+ Pharma experience
+ SAP MM

Please note that this position will be based in Basel.

After an Onboarding phase, there might be an option for the candidate to work remotely once a week.
For now the position is until the end of 2016, an extension is possible, but will need to be confirmed.

It is planned to do the first round of interviews via phone (week of 8th Feb), due to constraints in availability of the Hiring Managers. The second round interview will take place face to face in Basel during the week of 22nd Feb.
