RED is recruiting for a SAP HR/HCM consultant with expertise in Time Management (PT/TM) and Payroll (PY) for a contract opportunity in Sao Paulo, Brazil for a key global client.

ROLE:
SAP HR/HCM Consultant
LOCATION:
Brazil
DURATION:
9 Months, full time
START:
1st November 2015 or ASAP
LANGUAGE:
English and Portuguese (Spanish will be beneficial but not essential)
DETAILS:
- Design the SAP PY & Negative Time Management (including Brazilian Leave Request Process) configuration, interfaces and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Adjust PA configuration due to PY and Negative Time Management design.
- Translate business requirements to a feasible design of the system.
- Validate the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements.
