-Collaborating with the internal clients and understanding the requirements
-Analyzing the business requirements

-Project related experience as a business analyst
-Strong knowledge within SAP HR/HCM and SAP Enterprise Compensation Management, especially talent management, talent development and compensation
-Experience with business analysis as well as project management
-Strong analytical skills, ability to learn new processes and new concepts, to link business processes with technical capabilities, to define system requirements
-Strong customer orientation and communication skills
-Project experience within Scrum methodologies
-Fluent language skills in English
