The candidate needs to support the HR Service Center team payroll as a functional specialist to implement and maintain different running payroll functionalities. Can be
gross functionalities (calculations, ecm-functionalities, …) as well post payroll functionalities like pay slip, bank tape, …
The candidate will often be in contact with our stakeholders (reward e.g.) and the technical teams. He/she will also be very close and in support for operational
activities in payroll

Good SAP HR payroll experience

Experience
The candidate needs to have a practical and actual functional knowledge on payroll SAP HR and needs to define the business needs into functional specifications for
the development team. He/she must be capable to work independently and also in close collaboration with the payroll team.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
SAP HR, specific payroll (Ecm is a plus)

Preferable
Knowledge of specific bank-implementations

Operational payroll experience on gross calculations
