v  Responsibilities:
The consultant will be responsible for the delivery of technology and processes for  HR Employee and Manager Self Service functionalities (ESS/MSS). 

This includes:

- § Participating in and facilitating client meetings, interviews and workshops focused on collecting business requirements for ESS, MSS and the Portal
- § Producing functional design and configuration documents to the agreed standard and within the allocated timescale
- § Configuring SAP HR and SAP Enterprise Portal to achieve desired functionality in ESS and MSS
- § Understanding of technical development of custom iViews in order to recommend innovative solutions
- § Developing client recommendations and new Portal solutions around SAP HR functions
- § Perform integration and acceptation testing
- § Prepare and conduct end-user training
- § Provide end-user support after go-live

v  REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

- § At least 5 years of SAP-HR configuration experience
- § At least one implementation of SAP Enterprise Portal, ESS and MSS
- § In-depth knowledge in the following SAP ESS/MSS functionalities including latest XSS WebDynpro framework:

v  Personnel Administration

v  Organisational Management

v  Time Management

v   Learning Management (LSO)

v  Competency Management

- § Knowledge of Adobe interactive forms, workflow and/or Nakisa will be considered as an asset
- § Strong functional knowledge of Human Resources business processes

v  OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS:

- § Pro-active attitude and able to operate independently
- § Team player with good communication skills
- § Flexibility in work schedule and execution of tasks
- § Able to manage various tasks simultaneously
- § Excellent oral and written communication skills
