Senior SAP FI/CO Project Manager - Roll out
The project aims to implement an economical solution for commercial product flow with integration to logistics modules of SAP systems for retail. Primary tasks are to plan, manage and reporting progress in the roll out project. The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing resources both from the business and IT together with IT and Business AM. The project aims to implement a new platform for internal and external finance.
Duties:
Role out Project Manager manager reports to the IT manager.
Ensure that all business requirements are realized in the solution.
Responsible for the detailed planning of the deployment project.
Responsible for the scope, and that it is delivered within stipulated time frame.
Monitor and report on the status of deliverables.
Ensure that the solution is reviewed and approved by stakeholders.
Ensure it is in line with the existing template solution.
Participate in forums solution when it discussed deployment solutions.
Ensure that all peripheral systems involved in the project at the right time.
Deliverables:
Overall Scope.
Detailed scope of distributed task and resource.
Status reports to the IT PM.
Conducting status meetings with project team.
Participate in forums solution together with solution manager.
Representing rollout project against other projects in the program.
The person has extensive work experience largely in finance-related IT, preferably in the retail industry, it is important to understand why the solution looks like it does. Should have experience in a global company and has probably worked as a consultant or employee of the role of project manager in a variety of projects. About 10 years work experience in general, at least 5 years in the role of project manager within SAP. Have been project manager for at least one roll-out projects outside Sweden.
Knowledge of FI/CO is a requirement. A broad general knowledge of economics is essential, preferably within the retail industry and also knowledge from the line organization. Experience leading experts are also good to have.

Knowledge of SAP FI/CO,
Experience in project management, preferably in SAP rollout, High
Experience in project management tools used in ERP implementations
Understanding of accounting systems
English, High
Presentation Features: speak freely in front of people. Using ppt and excel, High
Desirable:
Knowledge of Retail, Medium
Personal qualities:
Leadership, a number of senior experts in the team who has an independent role. It is important to realize when to lead and when the experts leads.
Flexibility
Education, there are many who should be kept informed and as a project manager, the person must be able to present concepts and ideas in an understandable way.
Team player, there are many people who will cooperate and be kept informed.
High tempo, the role will be very busy in combination with rollouts for a long time to come.
Textured, high complexity with many dependencies and many stakeholders and several sub-projects, requiring synchronization.
It is an advantage if the person has a certification in Project Management (PMI, IPMA, etc).
Start Date: July 1, 2013
End date: 31 December 2013 - with an option for extension
Location: Stockholm and 50% abroad
Working time: 100%
Languages: English and/or Swedish
