Responsibilities:

- Assist Customer Service through the life cycle of new SAP FUNCTIONALITIES IMPLEMENTATION.
- DEVELOP new processes based on SAP standard solutions.
- Delivery of assessment, gap analysis versus template, CUSTOMIZING, FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS, unitary and INTEGRATED TESTS, KEY USER TESTS MANAGEMENT, TRAINING DELIVERY, CHANGE MANAGEMENT GUIDANCE, cutover and go-live support.
- Strong CUSTOMER SERVICE and plant maintenance knowledge:
- Notification and ORDER MANAGEMENT.
- Measurement points.
- PM QM integration: inspection lot with order.
- Maintenance plan.
- PLM interfaces for BOM.
- Interfaces specifications and tests.
- Strong INTEGRATION with SD, MM, LE, FICO, retail, development and PI teams.
- Ability to DEBUG programs to perform analysis.
- Adaptable personality and a quick learner.
- Ability to work on several projects in parallel.
- ENGLISH is mandatory.
