Senior SAP CRM Utilities Developer - 12 Month Contract - Ireland

Our client is seeking a Senior SAP CRM Utilities Developer for a 12 month contract in Dublin, Ireland. We are looking for candidates with at least 8 years SAP experience. Applicants must have an exceptional technical and design background and must possess extensive business process knowledge in the Utility sector. Previous development experience working on large SAP CRM and IS-U projects is essential. Our client is looking for someone who can start on the 1st February 2013. The initial contract will be for 12 months with a possibility of extension thereafter.
General Responsibilities
- Input into functional and technical design of CRM 7 enhancements.
- Review and sign-off of functional specs and technical design documents.
- Detailing and clarifying all development estimates.
- Development of a number of CRM enhancements.
- Engage in knowledge transfer to enable the client to transition the solution to support.
- Oversee all major developments and ensure integrity of end-to-end solution.
- Define CRM 7 coding standards (including best practice) for all developers and ensure they are implemented during the project through QA role.
- Ensure that CRM 7 UI performance is optimised.
- Identify, manage and ensure resolution of all major technical risks and issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
- Work alongside senior designers, project managers and business leads to Identify and manage risks.
- Support migration and cutover strategy.
- Represent development team at key design workshops.
Skills
- At least 8 years SAP CRM and ISU development experience in the utilities industry.
- Held a number of senior development roles on these projects.
- Expert in CRM BOL/GENIL and OO programming concepts used in SAP CRM 7.
- Exceptional BSP Development skills is a must.
- Middleware enhancement and development of all CRM/ISU objects.
- Experience with designing MDTs and handling ECRMREPL exceptions.
- Knowledge of AET and EEWB.
- Development experience with PI and web services.
- Experiencing integrating multiple 3rd party systems with SAP CRM.
- Must have exceptional technical knowledge and understanding of CRM/ISU integration.
- Experience in upgrading from CRM 4 to CRM 7 would be a major advantage.
- Knowledge of capabilities provided in CRM Ehp2 would be an added advantage.
