For our client, a company active in the energy sector, we are looking for a Senior SAP CRM, to set up a blue print based upon the available business requirements, while organizing workshops, interviewing key users and business experts
Responsabilities:

You will have to establish the blue print based upon the available business requirements, while organizing workshops, interviewing key users and business experts.

You are going to performe detailed gap analyses as well as defining interfacing specs for non-SAP system.
-
Build and customizing have to be performed covering the described functional needs in SAP CRM.
Technical and functional knowledge in the following SAP CRM domains are absolutely necessary:
- Account and contact management
- Installed base management
- Case Management
- CRM Service Processing
- Complaint Processing
- Contract management
- Integrated Scenarios
- Service analytics
- Middleware
We also expect candidates to have:
- SAP CRM customizing skills
- A profound knowledge of CRM business processes
- Basic SAP-PI knowledge
- Good technical documentation skills
- Good communication skills
