Senior SAP Basis Administrator

For my client in the Charleroi region, I am looking for a senior SAP Basis Administrator to reinforce their SAP Basis team in charge of the technical architecture, the engineering and the Level 3 support of its SAP systems and Oracle Databases.
Below you will find a detailed description of the needed profile, I can summarize as follows:
Senior (5+ years) Basis Consultant who can perform administration and support tasks, but who is independent enough to also handle projects either single-handedly or with you colleagues (10 person Basis team across Belgium and the USA). Experience working in virtual/internatiopnal teams
is a plus. Next to a broadSAP knowledge (currently running ECC, CRM, APO, Portal, HR, ...) experience in BI-BO installations are aplus since there are some upcoming projects.
Bilingual French/English mandatory.
Initial contract will be 3-6 months but the business need is open-ended so this can turn in to a very long term assignment.

Scope:

Engineering:
*Administrate SAP systems - more than 70 existing sap systems.
*Enhance SAP systems. Upgrade, Enhancement, Patches,..
*Install Notes, corrections, langages,
*Tune the performance of the SAP Systems
*Participate actively to the conception or evolution of the engineering, normalization, installation, configuration and system administration.
*Guarantee the documentation quality for our Operations team (Architecture description, Support guide, Procedures on alerts,..)

Level 3 support:
*Participate actively to the IT competence centre in terms of software and Middleware.
*Document interventions for transferring knowledge to the IT operations team.
*Participate to the problem resolution

Project management:
*Lead technical projects
*Guarantee the quality of the assumed IT projects.
*Guarantee the communication quality required by the position.
*Share and involve their colleagues in his projects and daily activities.

Others:
*Maintain and improve the current KPIs.
*Participate to the day to day life of the ESI teams.
*Accept non contractual missions but in the scope of the mission.
*The deliverable quality must be ensured by the candidate.

SKILLS & COMPETENCES
Technical skills
*Bachelor's degree in computer sciences
*Deep knowledge of SAP Basis system and its administration. Minimum 5 years experience in SAP administration
*Good knowledge of Oracle data base and its administration
*Good knowledge of Unix operating system (IBM AIX)
*Knowledge of Unix Back-up and Recovery strategy
*Knowledge of ABAP language is an asset
*Knowledge of IXOS-archive system is an asset
*Knowledge of SAP Printing features is an asset
*Knowledge of other SAP Components is an asset:
*BW, BI
*GRC
*Portal
*SCM (APO)
*CRM
*Solution Mgr
*Knowledge of SAPGUI packaging is an asset
*Knowledge of BOXI Suite is an asset

Competences
*Ability to report in project mode to a technical audience
*Fluent in English both writing and speaking

*Stress resiliency, flexible time schedules (available on week-end, if needed)

Experience
*Working experience in a structured enterprise (more than 5 years)
*Experience in a similar task is an asset
