-Technically fluent in Linux and Oracle database administration
-Knowledge of enterprise-level applications
-Excellent knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
-Strong customer service orientation
-Perfect communication skills with ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
