Senior Salesforce.com Tech Lead - Immediate Start- Boston

I am looking for a Sr. Salesforce.com Tech Lead for one of the largest global financial services companies.

My client is looking to implement an exciting new project in the Boston area. You would be leading a team of developers to implement an exciting full-scale global project.

The initial 6 Month project will be followed by a 1-2 year project if successful so you will have the security of a long lasting contract.

The ideal Candidate will have the following skill set:

*Requires a bachelor's degree
*7+ year IT experience
*4+ experience with Salesforce.com Apex development & Visual Force
*Salesforce.com Accredited Developer - DEV401 a plus
*Experience managing teams (offshore experience preferred)
*Financial services industry experience a plus
*Strong communication skills
