Senior Ruby on Rails Developer - Eindhoven - 6 Month Contract

I am URGENTLY looking for a Senior Ruby On Rails Developer to work for my client based in Eindhoven. My client is an industry leader in mapping software and looking for at least 5 years' experience.

Ideal Knowledge and Skills:

- Academic or HBO level of working and thinking.
- Several years' experience in a similar function.
- Extensive experience relational databases and database systems such as MySQL
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with REST integration to Back End systems would be a strong advantage.
- Experience in setting up workflow and/or BPM systems would be a strong advantage.
- Good skills in SQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and JQuery.
- Able to translate requirements into creative and modern web applications.
- Able to collect the requirements for active users.
- Able to interface between system and user(s) to address as user-friendly and pragmatic as possible. This can vary from GUI to import various mechanisms and programming.
- Able to understand data model to explain and propagate
- Ability to establish and maintain modular architecture.
