For an international trading and services company with about 20,000 employees and a turnover of around 9 billion euro I'm currently looking for a Senior Risk Manager m/f, Key Responsibilities: * Analyzing, planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the Group, whilst working closely with other functions * Supporting the development of the group-wide RMS (Corporate Governance & Systems) and risk reporting * Maintaining, analyzing, and reporting key risk metrics monthly (e.g. beta-correlation, VaR, Scenario-Analysis) * Ensure communication across all operations and build risk awareness within the organization Key Qualifications: * Degree in Economics with 5 years of risk management experience from a commodity trader or financial institution * Detailed knowledge and experience of general tools and techniques of risk management (e.g. IT systems, quantitative risk modeling, etc.) * Proven leadership qualities with distinct strategic and analytical focus * Forward-looking and hands-on approach * Proven track record and willingness to travel * Fluent in English and German Employee Benefits: In addition to working in a challenging and diversified field in an internationally successful company, this position offers you a pleasant working environment, flat hierarchies, an attractive salary package and extensive possibilities of professional and personal further development.
