Senior Risk Analyst/Credit Risk Analyst/Portfolio Analytics

A Senior Credit Risk Analyst is urgently required to join a Global Bank in Leeds on an initial 6 month contract. You must have a strong understanding of Regulatory Reporting and Credit Risk, as well as previous experience within the Portfolio Analytics team of a retail bank.

You will be required to support the Regulatory Reporting function in understanding the Regulatory Reporting impacts of a major unsecured loans migration programme and deliver the required remediation to ensure accurate, timely and compliant reporting of the credit risk information.

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

Strong understanding of Credit Risk and Regulatory Reporting requirements including COREP, Basel 3 and IFRS7.

Previous experience within the Portfolio Analytics team of a Retail Bank, ideally focusing on Unsecured Lending

Excellent SAS and Excel skills with experience designing, building and implementing SAS EUC code

Strong Business Process Re-engineering and Documentation experience

Analytical minded with solid Data Management skills
