We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to join their project in China.

Position Title: Senior RF Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: December 2015
Duration: 12 months initial
Location: China

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for network performance with a deep understanding of network performance KPI and quality issues.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction in terms of quality of the network, hold routine communication with high level customers, familiar with customer work processes and methods of network optimization services, understand customer demands on network performance and strategic planning.
- For common KPI and quality issues, to establish various thematic multi vendor optimization capabilities and procedures (documents).
- In-depth analysis and comparison of multi - vendor tools and analyse all advantages/disadvantages to create a situation specific tool configuration guide.
- Integrate different performance related projects and customer organization, make effective coordination, delivery performance related services successfully.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 9+ years of RF planning and optimization experience together with managerial experience (at least as a Team Leader). Powerful industry relationship and influence.
- Capable to lead a network planning and optimization project.
- Clear understanding of network strategy, medium-term and long term traffic forecasts, capacity and coverage solutions, network planning.
- Expert in network analysis and network optimization; network optimization strategy development.
- Experience as a part of project management team and senior customers guide; will play an active communication and leading role.
- Familiar with multi vendor equipments, able to implement the network planning and optimization of a specific vendor independently.
- Languages: English and fluent Mandarin.
