SENIOR RF CONSULTANT

We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Senior RF Consultant to join their project in China.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for network performance with a deep understanding of network performance status
Predict dynamic trend of performance, understand user behavior and experience, manage major network performance risks.
Responsible for customer satisfaction in terms of quality of the network, hold routine communication with high-level customers, familiar with customer work processes and methods of network optimization services, understand customer demands on network performance and strategic planning and can address the demands of customers and provide appropriate solutions and strategies to guide the effective management of customer expectations.
Integrate different performance related projects and customer organization, make effective coordination, delivery performance related services successfully.
Through middle and long-term network planning based on network performance, propose product and service solutions and get sales order, finally improve customer network performance.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:

20 + year of experience in the telecom industry, Senior Expert in RF network optimisation.
Strong background in planning and optimization - deep optimisation knowledge.
Proficient in GSM, CDMA, UMTS and LTE network optimization; network performance projects.
Customer interfacing experience from multiple projects.
Familiar with RNP/RNO project delivery process.
Good communication and presentation, have a good consciousness of service.
Languages: English
