My financial services client, urgently requires a number of Senior Reward Managers to work on a long term contract basis, in their London office, on a day rates ranging from £500-700 per day.

This role will involve:
- Designing new compensation structures, long term incentive design plans and bespoke reward benchmarking and surveys.
- Building, maintaining and managing client relationships whilst maximising business development opportunities.
- Deliver reward advice in view of the changes in government regulations on remuneration requirements and policies.
- Developing innovative reward structures to ascertain and minimise risk through organisational change.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A deep understanding of the reward sector based within FS organisations.
- Extensive experience in the reward, executive compensation or human capital.
- Experienced reward practitioner with evidenced understanding of tactical reward strategies or consulting knowledge.
- A client driven focus with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
