Working as an integral part of a wider centre of excellence for reward, this this is a unique and high profile opportunity to closely support executive level stakeholders aligned to a highly challenging investment banking front office population. My clients seek a highly commercial and seasoned reward professional to deliver a seamless business critical service to an area that has gone through significant restructure and change. Offering a comprehensive service across all compensation activity fro this client group key deliverables will include: * Work as a trusted advisor supporting a dedicated client group, designing and delivering business aligned reward initiatives in line with governance and risk controls. * Play a crucial role in delivering annual compensation round will include utilising and creating Excel based models. * Working in collaboration with other relevant teams on market benchmarking exercises and presenting back to stakeholders * Work in close partnership with other reward colleagues and wider HR educating, and championing reward initiatives, policy and process. * Provide subject matter expertise in the reward arena keeping up to date with market trends and legislative changes * Support wider HR Talent processes in regards to reward. * Support Head of Compensation drive through reward strategies, policies and procedures across wider business areas The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: * Strong Compensation professional with extensive experience partnering business' commercially in regards to complex reward issues * Exceptional verbal and written communicator * Advanced analytical and numerical skills * Experience gained in a complex global organisation FINANCIAL SERVICES/BANKING experience DISTINCT ADVANTAGE For immediate consideration please forward on a copy of your updated CV for immediate consideration.
