Senior Revenue Management Officer

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Revenue Management Officer to support the Finance Manager with all financial management activities including daily reconciliations and audit work.

Your duties:

- Resolution of differences in interpretation of settlement outcomes
- Maintain records of funds management activities to support audit requirements
- Communicate with both internal and external client stakeholders
- Provide expert advice, support, and input regarding funds management including opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, compliance and controls
- Review and approval or rejection of requests to process out-of-policy, escalated transactions or settlement/payment adjustments
- Identify and manage risks and issues associated with finance activities
- Reconcile and process invoices

Your background:

- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience in accounting, including reconciliation and analysis of data, with highly developed numeracy and accuracy skills
- Proven understanding of data and systems flows, and experience with financial settlements operations in the finance/banking industry and Government sector
- Advanced computer, Microsoft Excel and accounting system skills. Experience in SAP finance modules highly desirable
- Management or supervisory experience with the ability to lead others
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in a service oriented environment
- An accounting, commerce or business degree, or similar.
