I am looking to hire a Senior Resource Manager for one of my public sector client.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DAY TO DAY JOBS - - Analysis/Provision of Management Information,
- Production of the Land Equipment Operating Centre (LEOC) Manpower Forecasts,
- LEOC Lead on Recruitment/Retention, Employee Engagement,
- Performance Management,
- Provide HR Guidance and Support in line with DE&S policy

TOP 3 SKILLS CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE - Leadinganalysis and provision of management information including monitoring trends and presenting issues/solutions as well as producing manpower forecasts. They are the LE OC lead for recruitment and retention - including managing the external and internal recruitment process as well as producing monthly recruitment plans and running recruitment campaigns. Organisational development and design, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Positive Working, Producing HR information/statistics for senior Mgt boards, Author of the LE People Plan and to provide advice and guidance to LE staff on DE&S people policies and processes.
