Senior Resource Analyst

A new exciting role has opened with a large utilities client based in Hinckley for an experienced Senior Resource Analyst to work on a 6 month contract.

Role: Senior Resource Analyst with SAP Business Objects

Location: Hinckley

Duration: 6 months

Start Date: ASAP

Interview Date: ASAP

Essential skills:

-Senior Resource Analyst experience
-Business Objects
-Complex data analysis
-SAP
-Expertise in SAP Business Objects
-Advanced in Excel and MS Office
-Forecasting and planning

Desirable:

- Work experience within utilities/Gas Distribution

Technical Know How
Able to interpret complex data to identify trends and salient information
Able to understand the impact and significance of the data and communicate that to the departments that will be impacted
Understanding of the characteristics of different worktypes in both Emergency and Repair.

Role:
To create and model workload forecasts for Gas Distribution and analyse performance against those forecasts, interpreting the data and initiating actions. Modelling scenarios with different variables to investigate impacts & support Management decision making. Managing the creation of a variety of Management Information to support the Resource Management and Strategic Planning teams.
