Senior Research Technologist,Structural Biology

Our laboratory studies the role of intrinsic disorder in the regulation of multivalent protein interactions in cancer-relevant signal transduction pathways. We use biochemical and biophysical methods including NMR spectroscopy, AUC, ITC, fluorescence and enzymatic assays to characterize these proteins and their interactions. The selected candidate will be part of a fast-pace work environment and work closely with all members of the lab team, including the lab head, performing a variety of diverse experimental duties. These duties will include bacterial cell culture, molecular biology experiments, protein purification and characterization and biophysical and biochemical assays. The Senior Research Technologist will also be responsible for maintaining efficient laboratory operations.
