A Senior Research Technologist position is available in the Developmental Neurobiology Department. The lab employs tissue culture and murine models to study how immune and blood cells, in particular platelets, contribute to cancer metastasis. We are looking for a highly motivated, responsible and organized individual to carry out experimental research and help maintain efficient laboratory operations. Work in the lab involves a number of approaches including microscopy, cell and molecular biology, genetics and biochemistry. The Senior Research Technologist assists the principal investigator with the collection and analysis of data for specified research projects, and performs other duties as assigned or directed in order to meet the goals and objectives of the department.
