Je functie: Context
The mission of the Cost Accounting Steering Centre (CASC) is to manage and optimize tools & processes on cost accounting for all entities.
° Tools & Processes related to Expense Allocation
° Tools & Processes related to Invoice Processing (P2P, AR, FA, …), including steering of the Delivery Centres

The Cost Accounting Steering Centre aims at:
° Maximizing quality and coherence of accounting data through standardization and harmonization of processes at group level
° Minimizing costs through process and tools convergence based on best practices and synergies creation at group level
° Increasing efficiency through competences bundling at Accounting & Reporting level
° Offering group-wide support to Internal Costumers / Métiers and Functions on Cost Accounting tools, processes and projects

The team 'Operational Deployment & Quality management' is part of the Cost Accounting Steering Centre with following sub-teams:
° Process Governance: assuring core model Invoice Processing & Expense Allocation and follow-up/governance process deliverables
° Business Analysis Dematerialization: responsible for business analysis & 2nd line support of the dematerialization (scan/EDI/PDF) of paper vendor invoices
° Quality & Performance Management: responsible for set-up & delivery monthly performance statistics and analysis of the main activities of the delivery centres, proposal and follow-up process improvements
One of the major projects to be realized by CASC is the project One CAPP.
The One CAPP project is to implement Purchase to Pay Process and to provide an SAP based Cost Accounting solution for the domestic market entities in France, Belgium and Luxembourg (processing about 600.000 invoices).
SAP modules in scope are FI/CO, MM, PS, AA & SD/AR (not limitative). SAP is integrated with the ReadSoft solution for workflow & requisition/ordering, an external provider for invoice scanning & dematerialization (e-invoicing), centralized offshore operational treatment and connected to an in-house developed centralized general ledger system.

Function Description
You take up the team lead of 'Operational Deployment & Quality management'
° Management of the 3 teams: Process Governance, Business Analysis Dematerialisation and Quality & Performance Management (8 internal staff members, 5 (or more, in function of project One Capp) external staff members)
° Capacity planning & follow-up main activities of the team
° Governance external partner Cegedim (partner scanning & OCR A/P invoices)

You take an active role as expert in Reporting & Performance Management
° Assuring the delivery & monthly delivery of performance reporting to higher management
° Assuring functional analysis and implementation of all management & customer reporting related to project One Capp on the major activities (Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, Accounts receivable, Expense Allocation) in line with project stream One Capp/Reporting:
- Definition, test and validation of functional specifications of the reporting to be delivered
- Implementing and documentation of the production of the new reporting
- Training, coordination & follow-up quality of the teams responsible for the production of the reporting

You are the expert for your process area :
° Fully understanding all the processes & tools around Accounts Payable, Asset Control, Purchase Orders and Accounts Receivable.
° Expertise with set-up performance, operational and management reporting for process domain of One Capp
° Understanding industry best practice for your area and to what extend this is applicable to the project One CAPP & Performance & Operational reporting

Master or equivalent by experience in

Experience
° 5 to 10 years of relevant experience with management & performance reporting & BI tools
° 5 or 10 years of People Management
° 5 to 10 years of relevant experience with P2P processes.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
° Experience and knowledge of management & performance reporting & BI tooling
° Knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (word, excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
° A good knowledge of the accounting basics

Preferable
° Knowledge of SAP and/or Readsoft is an asset

Business Experience
Mandatory
Prior experience in process and project management in implementation of ERP and BI projects

Preferable
SAP knowledge, especially implementation experience of FICO, MM, AA, PS, SD/AR.
