- Act as local Remedy development SME for North America.
- Participate, and lead from the NA perspective, the global Remedy redesign initiative.
- Provide input on everything from architecture, strategy, product knowledge, and designs.
- Hands on development of features requested by NA and business units around the world.
SKILLS:
KEY SKILLS:
- Multiple years of hands on Remedy development experience, specifically targeting v9, although v8 can be considered
- Specific knowledge of BMC Remedy Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Level modules
- Experience implementing Atrium CMDB including automated discovery using ADDM and federation population approaches
- Experience with notification mechanisms
- Experience with integrating to other systems like Netcool using web services
- Experience in the setup, configuration, customization of the application and its many components.
- Oracle database experience
- Linux OS experience
