Senior Remedy Developer

My clients global IT services Organisation are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Remedy Developer to join their team in order to develop 21 Remedy Service Request forms in a 3 month period March - May.

Primary Skill (Technical Skill):

Working experience in:

*ITSM (Information Technology Service Management)
*SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)
*CMDB (Configuration management database)
*SLM (Service Line Management)
*Discovery solution Remedy Development and process automation

Secondary Skill:

*ITIL Process Consultancy
*Experience in Server Monitoring Solution
*BMC Remedy OnDemand Suite
*BMC Analytics OnDemand
*BMC IT Business Management OnDemand
*BMC Discovery OnDemand
*BMC Mobility OnDemand

Education:
*Bachelors degree

Experience:
*6-7 years IT experience (Pharmaceutical would be an advantage)

Other:
*Business Proficient English and or/German
