Senior Regulatory Operations Associate

Main responsibilities of the role:

- Drafting policies and documents as well as archiving documents
- Identifying problems with existing processes, and implementing solutions to the problems
- Managing TMF documents involved with process and procedures around entire company
- Interacting with customers both domestically and abroad
- Facilitating and implementing process change and improvements
- Supporting audits and inspections both internally and externally

Successful candidates must have:

- TMF/eTMF experience using a document management system
- Experience deploying new technology in a cross-functional company
- Experience with process change
- Experience working with internal and external vendors
- Thorough knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines
