Senior Regulatory Consultant - Treasury

My client is looking for Regulatory consultant to manage the Regulatory Risk unit in relation to Treasury and appropriate support functions within the group.

You will be providing expert, trusted and pragmatic independent oversight and highly specialised technical advice, resulting in a fully effective second line of defence assurance unit.

The key deliverable of this unit will be to ensure an effective Treasury control framework, including systems and processes to ensure that current and future exposure to regulatory risk is identified, measured, managed, monitored and reported - with a focus on market conduct risk, prudential risk and conduct risk (fair treatment of customers).

Roleholder must provide strong oversight, challenge and influence to the Senior Management within the first line of defence (Treasury) - specifically in to day to day interactions with Dealers and Operations areas and undertaking daily and periodic monitoring activities.

Roleholder to lead on subject matter expertise regarding Treasury matters
