Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer

The Senior Compliance Officer ensures all monitoring and reporting of Bank compliance meets federal and state regulations. You will also perform all regulatory compliance audits, and will develop and maintain audit documentation and work papers. This is a full function, broad-focused Compliance position that offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and personal advancement. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage regulatory compliance audit process. * Develop and implement annual risk-based compliance audit plan. * Review and update compliance program as regulatory requirements change. * Prepare detailed reports and liaise with the Audit Committee and regulators on audit findings, and prepare corrective actions. * Conduct any special audits as assigned by the Risk Manager. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar fields. * 5+ years of compliance experience. * Thorough knowledge of bank regulatory requirements and bank procedures. * Excellent PC skills, thorough knowledge of network and mainframe systems. * Superb verbal and written communications skills. * Flexible and adaptable problem solver.
