SENIOR REGULATORY CAPITAL ADVISOR - TRADE ADVISORY - INVESTMENT BANK

The regulatory advisory and policy group within a leading investment bank have a fantastic opportunity for an interim Regulatory Trade Advisory to provide first class pre-execution advisory services to the bank's business divisions.

As a Regulatory Trade advisory you will support the development of the bank's products and solutions on a business and transaction level but advising the business on capital and leverage efficient structuring of complex transactions whilst remaining compliant with current regulations. It will also involve utilising your experience engaging with regulatory authorities and negotiating regulatory outcomes.

You should apply for this role if you have:

- 10+ years' experience in investment banking or management consulting
- Excellent knowledge of EU and UK banking regulations including capital and leverage
- Knowledge of complex structured transactions across all investment banking products
- Basel 3 and EU regulatory requirements knowledge is required
- Excellent written and verbal skills facing off to external regulators
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Degree educated, ideally law, finance, science or business

This is an initial six month contract compensated at £700-£800/day based London.
