If you are an expert within Senior Appointments and Executive Search and Selection and have experience managing and leading teams of recruiters, then this may be the right role for you. My prestigious client is looking for an interim Senior Recruitment Manager to lead Senior Appointments recruitment delivery within the organisation.

You will be managing a team directly sourcing executive level candidates and managing senior recruitment campaigns:

Key responsibilities include:-
-Managing the hiring and recruitment strategy, including the direct sourcing model, social media strategy and supplier management
-Delivery and performance management of the team
-Board level stakeholder management
-Ensuring recruitment best practice, candidate management and pipeline

Key requirements:
-You MUST come from a background of executive search and selection and headhunting, with 5-10 years continued experience within this market- generalists will not be not be right for this role
-Skilled in stakeholder and people management at a high level
-Experienced in managing in-house recruitment teams who are responsible for delivering senior level recruitment
