SENIOR RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

DURATION: 2.5-month contract (W2)

DEPARTMENT: Recruitment Services

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Special Project that will have very high visibility

TOP DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides system support to contract recruiter
- Thorough use of company's applicant tracking system (Taleo)
- Ensures accuracy and confidentiality in hiring processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience in Human Resources Department
- Experience in automated applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Taleo
- Very skilled in dealing with confidential information and change management
- Experience with collective bargaining agreements as it relates to recruitment and selection
- General knowledge of HR concepts, processes and their inter-dependencies
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Customer-focused
- Flexibility and adaptability to change and ambiguous situations
- Ability to quickly establish relationships with clients
