-Clarify talent requirement with the hiring manager
-Source urgent requirement for our project finance team through multiple channels and back office support
-Clarify key talent distribution and formulate and update talent map with our project requirement team
-Working within deadlines in order to achieve recruitment KPI
-Arrange interviews and all recruitment processes with the project team and internal HR team
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience in End to End Recruitment and project based environment
-Recruitment experience in the finance sector is beneficial
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Fluency in English
-Other European language skills are beneficial
